Hi all!

Happy August! Despite the unbelievably wet spring we had, we are once again hoping for some rain on the farm. While some of Brunswick got an unexpected shower on Saturday night, the welcome storm just barely missed the farm, and we will likely have to start irrigating our fields this week. That said, our tomatoes, eggplants, and peppers are loving this heat, owning up to their title as the “hot crops”. Who knows how long the heat will last though– this bright harvest morning feels very crisp!

This week you’ll see:

Chard, kale, cabbage, beets, lettuce, scallions, onions, dill, cilantro, cucumbers, zucchini, tomatoes, eggplant, sweet peppers and green beans!
