Hi all!

Hard to believe that we’re at Week 7 already and it’s almost August! While there are still many months left in 2019, as farmers we are always looking toward the next season– much of our planning happens now, as we prepare beds for next spring, plant cover crops, and think about how we will change plantings and rotate crops. It is always a balancing act between appreciating what is happening here and now on the farm (planting! weeding! harvesting!) and keeping an eye toward the future and getting excited for the changes we will make in the coming year. There is so much to enjoy right now as the summer vegetables are upon us!

This week we will have:

Kale, chard, red and green cabbage, lettuce, scallions, summer onions, beets, zucchini, cucumbers, dill, cilantro, and the first of the tomatoes!
