1 Cabbage

½ to 1 cup chopped Cilantro

3-4 teaspoons red or white wine vinegar

3-4 teaspoons lime juice

⅓ cup olive oil

1½ teaspoons salt

Black pepper to taste

Cut cabbage into a fine shred and combine with cilantro. Mix together vinegar, lime juice, olive oil, and salt. Dress cabbage to taste, finish with black pepper.
