Normally, we’d be excited for a frost this time

Normally, we’d be excited for a frost this time of year, as it signals a turning point towards a slower and more restful season. This year though, our CSA is going two weeks later, and we’re grateful that the lack of frost is allowing things to keep growing in the fields. Some of our greens are the happiest they’ve been all year! Plus, we get little treats like this late-blooming foxglove- a bright spot against the clouds.
